My name is Wendy Ramlakhan and I am the owner of SugarPea Designs, a family operated clear stamp boutique specializing in the SWEETEST stamps on the market. After many years of working as a designer for various stamp companies, teaching my own Copic instruction classes and having my work published in several trade magazines – I decided to take a leap of faith and live out my passion for stamping and paper crafting and launch my own stamp company. “Sugar Pea” is a nickname I gave to my daughter when she was an infant and that I still call her to this day. So it seemed only natural to use the name for my company since my children are my biggest inspiration. We at SugarPea Designs are looking forward to a bright future and are thrilled to be a part of this industry. We love our product and we love our customers. It is important to us that you feel valued and appreciated as a customer, so you can be assured that customer service and your satisfaction are our top priority. Thank you for making us a part of your creative journey! You can find me at SugarPea Designs or the SugarPea Designs Facebook page.
I am the Dementia Program Director at a skilled nursing facility by day and a mad crafter by night. I have married for the past 13 years to my husband who tolerates my crafting addiction. I have an 11 year daughter and 10 year old son and both have inherited the crafty gene. I also have a 6 year old English yellow lab named Calvin who can often be found right at my feet as I craft. I have been stamping since 2009 since I innocently went to the craft store and bought a couple of clear stamp sets in the clearance bin to make Easter cards with my kids. Those 2 stamp sets have multiplied like bunnies over the past several years. I would save my family, my dog, and my copics in a fire. I love to sip on coffee in the morning and check out all my favorite blogs and then sip wine at night while I do my thing. I just completed a term for the Splitcoaststampers Dirty Dozen and now I am thrilled to be taking on the role of Creative Coordinator for Sugar Pea Designs! I am happy to support my wonderful friend Wendy Ramlakhan as she jumps head first into the stamp company business and I can’t wait to show you all that we’ve got in the works for you! You can find me at Paper Perfect Designs or my Paper Perfect Designs Facebook page.
I am married to a sweet guy that tolerates all my crafty messes. We have a grown daughter, a grandson that we adore, and a granddaughter on the way (due just before Christmas). I was a painter for over 20 years and then got bitten by the stamping bug. I have been stamping/cardmaking for several years and absolutely love it! I am so excited to be a member of the Sugar Pea DT and ride along with Wendy on her new adventure. You can find me at Just a Pigment of my Imagination.
Hi, my name is Jenny Peterson. I am currently a SAHM to my three amigo’s Ryan, Jake and Hayes. I live in Alberta, Canada. I am married to my High School Sweetheart, Craig. We live in the country and love it! We have a Corgi-Chiwawa puppy named Ruby, so between her and the boys, I am a busy mama! My hubby works in the oilfield and is away a lot and stamping gives me something to do that is just for me- It’s a creative outlet and lets me unwind from my busy day once the kiddo’s are all tucked away in bed for the night. I LOVE colouring (and yes, we spell it with a ‘U’ in Canada) so I am thrilled to be on the Sugarpea Designs team! I had the pleasure of staying with Miss Wendy for a whole week this past March and meeting a few other gals on the team too (Kim and Tracy V) and I couldn’t be happier for my friend and her new venture! She is not only a very talented designer, she is also an amazing mother, wife and friend! I am so very excited to share in this dream with her! A bit more about me: I love drinking coffee, reading, cuddling up with the kids to watch a movie (Ratatouille is one of my faves!), cooking (most of the time), travelling, camping, gardening, swimming, skiing, being outdoors and other fun stuff! I hate cleaning and doing laundry, which seem to occupy 90% of my time, so now I’m a little worried about my current state of happiness, LOL! You can find me at My Little Stampin’ Spot.
My mum is Chinese and my dad part English and Portuguese. Born in Hong Kong, I came to England when I was 2 years old and now live in a small village in East Sussex with my husband Steve and our two Yellow Labradors called Poppy and Lulu. Most of all we love going for long walks along the coast and spending time with family. Work-wise, I am a senior project manager based in Central London – which means I have the discipline to juggle my life with lots of creating! I found cardmaking through a friend several years ago and I’ve now got the crafting bug BIG time! I would describe my style as “clean and cute”! And I love to colour with alcohol markers – as my husband says, “Are you colouring in again?” You can find me at Where’s My Creativity.
Hello, I’m Tracy Valure and . I live in Sunny South Florida! I have been happily married to my best friend for 14 years. I have two fabulous children – Michael, 13 and Kara, 9. My mother-in-law introduced me to scrapbooking right after getting married. We started stamping a few years after, so I have been stamping now for about 12 years. I love to do both, but find the most pleasure in card making. I think because it is instant gratification!! I work full time. In my spare time, what little I have, I love to read and SHOP! My husband and I also do alot of traveling. My friends and family actually pick relentlessly at me because of the amount we vacation! Anybody can just say the word and I will be in my car or on a plane there!! I just wish I had more money and time!!I’m a huge facebook junkie, I love social networking. I am also quite the party animal! ha! Hubby and I try to have a date night every other weekend, kid free! I swear that’s what keeps us going!!! I am so grateful to be a designer for Sugar Pea Designs. I happy to be doing this with some of my bestest friends!
